1. Прийняття умов
Ці Умови використання («Умови») — публічний договір між ТОВ «Lumord» («ми») та вами. Вони регулюють доступ до застосунку NeoDonor, вебверсії та пов’язаних сервісів («Сервіс»).
КОРИСТУЮЧИСЬ СЕРВІСОМ, ВИ ПОГОДЖУЄТЕСЬ ІЗ ЦИМИ УМОВАМИ ТА ПОЛІТИКОЮ КОНФІДЕНЦІЙНОСТІ. ЯКЩО НЕ ПОГОДЖУЄТЕСЬ — НЕ ВСТАНОВЛЮЙТЕ Й НЕ ВИКОРИСТОВУЙТЕ СЕРВІС.

2. Хто може користуватися
Сервіс призначений для повнолітніх осіб (18+). Demo Sandbox доступний для ознайомлення з інтерфейсом на тестових даних.
Ви відповідаєте за достовірність інформації, яку надаєте, та за безпеку свого пристрою.
3. Опис Сервісу
NeoDonor допомагає донорам крові в Україні ознайомитися з цифровим досвідом запису, Donor ID та історії донацій.
Зараз доступний Try Demo Sandbox із фіктивними даними. Демо не створює реального запису в центрі крові й не є медичним документом.
Сервіс надається безкоштовно. Платних підписок наразі немає.
4. Обліковий запис
Коли з’являться повні облікові записи, умови їх створення, безпеки та видалення будуть описані в оновлених Умовах до запуску.
Запити на доступ, виправлення чи видалення даних зараз приймаємо на пошту або в Telegram (див. Політику конфіденційності).
5. Правила та заборони
Заборонено:
намагатися зламати, сканувати чи перевантажити Сервіс;
видавати себе за іншу особу;
використовувати демодані як офіційні медичні записи;
порушувати закон або права третіх осіб.
6. Інтелектуальна власність
Назва NeoDonor, дизайн, тексти та програмний код належать ТОВ «Lumord» або ліцензіарам. Вам надається обмежена, невиключна, відклична ліцензія на особисте некомерційне використання Сервісу.
Заборонено копіювати, змінювати чи поширювати матеріали Сервісу без нашої письмової згоди.
7. Медична відмова та «як є»
NeoDonor не надає медичних порад й не замінює консультацію лікаря. Остаточне рішення про допуск до донації приймає медичний персонал.
ДОСТУП ДО СЕРВІСУ ЗДІЙСНЮЄТЬСЯ НА ВАШ РИЗИК. СЕРВІС НАДАЄТЬСЯ НА УМОВАХ «ЯК Є» («AS IS») ТА «ЯК ДОСТУПНО» («AS AVAILABLE»).
8. Обмеження відповідальності
У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі, випадкові чи наслідкові збитки від використання Сервісу, дій третіх осіб або недоступності Сервісу.
Обов’язкові норми законодавства України, які не можна обмежити договором, залишаються чинними.
9. Зміни Умов
Ми можемо оновлювати Умови. Актуальна версія доступна в застосунку та на сайті. Продовження користування після оновлення означає прийняття нових Умов, якщо інше не вимагає закон.
10. Право та спори
Умови регулюються законодавством України. Спочатку звертайтесь до нас на пошту або в Telegram.

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a public agreement between Lumord LLC ("we") and you. They govern access to the NeoDonor app, web version, and related services (the "Service").
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND THE PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE — DO NOT INSTALL AND DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

2. Who may use
The Service is intended for adults (18+). Demo Sandbox is available to explore the interface with test data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for the security of your device.
3. Description of the Service
NeoDonor helps blood donors in Ukraine explore a digital experience of booking, Donor ID, and donation history.
Try Demo Sandbox with fictional data is currently available. Demo does not create a real appointment at a blood center and is not a medical document.
The Service is provided free of charge. There are no paid subscriptions at this time.
4. Account
When full accounts appear, the terms of their creation, security, and deletion will be described in updated Terms before launch.
Requests for access, rectification, or deletion of data are currently accepted by email or Telegram (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Rules and prohibitions
Prohibited:
attempting to hack, scan, or overload the Service;
impersonating another person;
using demo data as official medical records;
violating the law or the rights of third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The NeoDonor name, design, texts, and software code belong to Lumord LLC or licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal non-commercial use of the Service.
Copying, modifying, or distributing Service materials without our written consent is prohibited.
7. Medical disclaimer and “as is”
NeoDonor does not provide medical advice and does not replace a doctor’s consultation. The final decision on admission for donation is made by medical staff.
ACCESS TO THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Service, actions of third parties, or unavailability of the Service.
Mandatory norms of Ukrainian law that cannot be limited by contract remain in force.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update the Terms. The current version is available in the app and on the website. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new Terms, unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Law and disputes
The Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Please contact us first by email or Telegram.
