- What is NeoDonor?
- NeoDonor is an independent digital platform for blood donation: booking at a medical center, a digital Donor ID, donation history, and reminders. It is not an official service of the Ministry of Health, UTCK.
- What is the digital Donor ID?
- Donor ID is a digital donor passport that combines the user’s personal information with their unique medical donation profile and a QR code for quick check-in at the blood center.
- How do I book a donation?
- In the demo, pick a medical center, date, and available slot. After confirmation, the appointment appears on Home. Live booking at real centers works only after a partner goes live.
- How do notifications work?
- The product is designed for appointment reminders, preparation tips, and blood-need alerts. In demo mode some messages are sample UI content.
- Who can donate blood?
- Typically a healthy adult from 18 years, weight from 50 kg, without contraindications. Final eligibility is always decided by the blood center physician. NeoDonor only helps you reach that step faster and more conveniently.
